Executive Chef2013 Season: May 20 - September 15
Talkeetna Alaskan Lodge’s fine culinary kitchen is led by Executive Chef Jerry Phaisavath. Chef Phaisavath joined the team in June last year and has brought his wealth of knowledge and experience here to Alaska. Chef Phaisavath was former owner/operator of the Chloe Group of restaurant management in Oregon. He also has extensive experience in large hotel operations where he was the former Executive Chef for the Crown Plaza Silicon Valley in San Jose where he took the food and beverage operations to number one in the company in a single year.
We are very pleased to have Chef Phaisavath on staff and we are looking forward to the wonderful culinary dishes that he will be preparing.
