Is a Wedding Coordinator included?
The Talkeetna Alaskan Lodges has an Event Manager that will assist you by providing vendor references, coordination with Lodge staff and assisting your vendors the day of the wedding. Although we have extensive experience in helping brides and grooms plan their wedding day at our venues, we do not make the arrangements for items not directly related to what our venues normally provide. If you would like assistance in booking the additonal items necessary for your wedding, we recommend you hire a professional Wedding Coordinator.
Is there a discount for Sunday – Friday events?
Due to the volume of summer business the event space rental fees are as stated.
When is the rental fee due?
A security deposit is needed to reserve your date. The date that the deposit is due is based on the size of your group, room availability, and ultimately your group agreement with Talkeetna Alaskan Lodge. Contact the Lodge Sales Manager for more details.
